Workshop Fee: There is no charge to hold a workshop, we want our workshops primarily to enrich the festival experience.

Commit to a time slot to offer a workshop
Provide a workshop of good quality
Your offering includes festival entry and camping for one facilitator

By submitting this application, I understand that the Forest Healing Festival aims to create a harmonious, conscious healing environment.

I agree that my participation as a workshop holder will be confirmed after an online meeting (via Zoom or another platform) to ensure alignment with the festival’s vision and values.

7) Sustainability & Zero Waste (Required)

We are proud to move towards a ZERO WASTE festival.Each year we take steps closer to this goal.Please describe how you practice sustainability and align with zero waste principles as part of your offering.(For example: use of reusable props, natural materials, minimal waste setup, etc.)

8) Additional Staff Tickets

The number of additional staff tickets depends on your workshop category and space.They can be purchased at our super early bird discounted rate of $145 (including GST) prior to the festival.Staff passes do not include vehicle passes. You will be sent a special code to purchase your staff passes if approved.

9) Leave No Trace Policy (Required)

We follow a strict Leave No Trace principle at Earth Village.There is absolutely no use of disposables (including compostable packaging) during the festival.All participants are asked to bring or rent reusable dinnerware and utensils.

11) Alcohol / Substance-Free Policy

This is a completely alcohol- and drug-free healing festival.

• The use of alcohol, psychoactive substances, or any mind-altering medicines during workshops or sessions is strictly prohibited.

• Anyone found using or distributing such substances will be asked to leave immediately.

• Each facilitator is responsible for their own materials, safety, and the wellbeing of participants during their session.

• The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.
